Dear Lord,
You have encouraged us to praise You with singing and dancing. To proclaim You with shouts of joy, because You have done marvelous deeds; You have saved Your people!
We also know that You take delight in Your people. Therefore, we humbly ask, that through our music and dancing, we remain healthy in body and mind, to give You glory.
We thank You, Lord, for nurturing our bodies, minds and souls. Our joy comes from knowing You. Amen!
